This  week  we have been reading a book called King and Country. It is about this boy wanting to go to war but he cant and his brother is allowed. We have been learning to analyse the purpose and message on the board.  Here is my work. have you read about war before?

We had to make a reflection on our term, with reading, writing extra. here is my slide show

We have been doing swimming at school with that we had to do swimming activities. here are my activities. we did swing jokes, a word find and I read a book for an hour. I read Cosmic pizza party. 

This week we made cow posters they had to have a family joke on them. Mine was UT. Today was Ash Wednesday at our school. My friends and I were the  special character leaders. For this we had to set everything up in the church like the candles, the computer slides and much more. Ash Wednesday is about being able to turn back to Jesus and remember that we are all human and we make mistakes. Five things I know about Ash Wednesday are –  We burn palm leaves for ashes, we put ashes like a cross on are forehead, we get ready for Easter, that lent is 40 days, and we give up something to prepare for Easter.
